Biography
I was born in Ukraine and moved to the United Kingdom after the war began in my country. Starting over in exile, I carried my stories with me — both as a way to preserve memory and as a means of survival. Writing became not only a creative outlet but also a way to process loss, displacement, and resilience.
I am a member of the Society of Authors and the British Fantasy Society, and I also serve on the committee of Sutton Writers.
My fantasy novel Heavenly Fire was released in June 2025, and my next publication will be the psychological thriller The Morning Star (autumn 2025). I also write about the war in Ukraine, blending memoir with fiction in my book Phoenix.
For me, writing is both an act of survival and of connection — a way to preserve memory, transform pain into story, and find light even in the darkest places.
Alongside fiction, I have also completed Phoenix, a deeply personal novel about the war in Ukraine. Blending memoir, stark realities, and a mystical narrative, it bears witness to loss and survival while seeking meaning in the midst of devastation.
I continue to write new works — from psychological thrillers to stories that preserve memory and explore the resilience of the human spirit — always with the hope of moving readers and reminding them that even in the darkest places, there is still light.
